Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Das zweistöckige Ferienhaus besticht durch seine einmalige Lage direkt am Ufer des Zürichsee. Geniesse das Privileg, einen eigenen Seezugang zu haben. Der Blick auf den See ist bei jedem Wetter etwas Besonderes. Das Grundstück hat einen grosszügigen Umschwung und dadurch viel Grün. Das Holzhaus wurde 1934 als Sommerhaus erbaut. Es wurde im Jahr 2021 isoliert und modernisiert.
