The house is walking distance to downtown and boarder. Yet, still in a very private and peaceful neighborhood. Only 30min drive to the Minister island and St.Andrews. Easy to get around. Could sleep up to 7 adults and 2 kids with 1 king bed, 2 queens, 1 pullout couch and 2 comfy sofas for smaller kids. Welcome dogs if they have well behaved owners. This older house it's not fancy but cozy and well equipped. Smoking & Vaping are not allowed on any part of the property including driveway.
