TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.

This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

Little cabin on the creek

Unwind at this little oasis on Cooks Creek. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the birds feeding in the creek. Waterfowl of all types abound as eagles and hawks soar above the creek looking for an easy meal. Fishing is fantastic. Toss a line in off the shore and you're sure to catch half a dozen different species. Finish your day taking in the sunset with a stunning view of the wetlands.
