Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

Sailor's Return is a beautiful Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Mevagissey and less than a minute's walk to the harbour. There are 2 king size beds situated on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and accessed via a narrow staircase with a low ceiling and may be unsuitable for children and guests with limited mobility. There is a kitchen, separate dining room, 1 bathroom, outside secure courtyard with dining area. 1 free parking. Dog friendly

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. For just two people, Connie's Cottage stands within 250 metres of Charlestown's famous harbour and beaches and of the South West Coast Path. Stone built and with many original beams and slate floors the cottage is very characterful but has been sympathetically modernised and includes gas fired central heating. There is non-restricted car parking available immediately to the rear of the cottage however in high season it may be necessary to park in the nearby pay car park.
