It is very private, yet nestled in a neighborhood, and just a short walk from downtown shops, restaurants. The cottage was totally renovated prior to the 2021 season. It has a totally new kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The living room/dining area are open, and the whole space has WIFI. Private off-street parking for two vehicles. Sit on the spacious deck and watch whales, gulls.

The cottage also has great outdoor spaces with an attached screened in room, attached open deck and a screened in gazebo located on a lower cliff overlooking the water with open decks.
