Two kayaks, fish cleaning table, fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, netted gazebo, smartTV, propane grill, board games, laundry. 1 dog w/fee. Hammock outside. WW Springs Park- 3 min drive. The Cottage is the front half of a duplex in downtown Tarpon with all the amenities including bikes and beach gear! Due to allergies of visiting family & friends we do NOT ALLOW PETS OR COMPANION ANIMALS, so you can rest assured that animal allergens will NOT be an issue.

And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so .
