Our penthouse in on the top of the new building on the good location.It offers a beautiful spacious terrace with the hot tub,sundeck,and a perfect place to have launch/dinner outside and inside.The apartment has three bedrooms plus sofa for two.Also there is big bathroom as well as a small toilet.All the kitchen utilities are inside and whole place is air-conditioned.There is a garage only for you and an elevator leading straight to the penthouse. The whole place is only for you ;) I will be at your disposal 0-24H if you should need me for anything ;) The property offers easy access to the rest of the city, as well as nearby beaches. Discover the area's many nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. We will show you everything on the map but if you have question before booking please ask! We will prepare all information about the city and apartment :) Keep in mind that apartment is in the building and respect the quiet time between 23H-08H,thank you!

Welcome to our modern apartment with perfect sea view. Apartment consists of 3  bedrooms, 3 AIRCONDITION, 2 bathroom, living room with the kitchen and dining room with sofa bed. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.
