The "300" is a spacious bright home with 2 bedrooms, large washroom, open concept kitchen with living room. Newly furnished with new kitchen appliances, T.V., wifi, and much more. Can accommodate 5 guests, 1 king size bed, 1 queen size, 1 double hide-a-bed. It's stone walls provide a naturally cool environment.

Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

Είναι ένα ήσυχο, γραφικό χωριό με απίστευτη θέα καθώς το πράσινο του βουνού αγκαλιάζει το γραφικό αυτό χωριό. Η αίσθηση της επιστροφής στη φύση, ο καθαρός αέρας, ο πλουραλισμός αισθήσεων και συναισθημάτων που προσφέρει η περιοχή, σου δίνουν την ευκαιρία να ζήσεις μοναδικές στιγμές ηρεμίας και γαλήνης με αγαπημένα πρόσωπα, απολαμβάνοντας το φυσικό κάλλος.

Μεγάλη κουζίνα με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και σκεύη μαγειρικής για την παρασκευή φαγητού. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 7 άτομα.
