The kamara

Our guest house,"The Kamara", is located in the peaceful village of Neohori in Westernmani. Only a five minute drive from the sandy beaches of Kalogria and Stoupa (a car is recommended), and with a backdrop of the Taygetos mountains, the traditional village has two bakeries, two cafenions, a minimarket, and a taverna. The house is fully equipped. Upstairs is a kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed. Downstairs, in a traditional Kamara with vaulted ceiling, is the bedroom and en-suite.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, first bathroom, living room, balcony with dining area and the private heated swim spa. Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

Kelly's house at the village Stoupa in Mani is a wonderful place for families and groups of people who like to have great vacation in a quiet place, near the sea and near all necessary services. The house is full with amenities and is ideally placed on the hill side with excellent view to the sea. Although the house has a pool, with the car one reaches the near beaches in a few minutes. All necessary services (doctors, post, restaurants, super markets etc) are offered close to the house.

Παραδοσιακή οικία ξενώνας

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται μέσα στην καρδιά του Ταϋγέτου. Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

It is a stone tower located at the foot of Taygetos with a unique view of the Messinian Gulf. The 200m² house seems to harmonize with the natural landscape of the area designated as Natura. The tower consists of 3 bedrooms with closets , 1 master bathroom, 2 WC, kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace. As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.

Το σπίτι είναι διαθέσιμο με εξωτερικό χώρο για στάθμευση αυτοκινήτων που ασφαλίζεται. Στο εσωτερικό του υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια, με το ένα να είναι μάστερ με δικό του μπάνιο και ένα ακόμη μπάνιο στον επάνω όροφο, στον οποίο βρίσκονται και τα υπόλοιπα υπνοδωμάτια. Μεγάλη κουζίνα με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και σκεύη μαγειρικής για την παρασκευή φαγητού. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 7 άτομα.
