You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

This small, 1 room, new tiny house called “The Lite House” is decorated shabby chic and located in a beautiful wooded setting facing a cove at a marina with views of the water on the Ohio River. Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. Mary's Place Private Farmhouse 19 Miles to the Ark

Welcome to Verona Kentucky. We call this farm house "Mary's Place". Located just 19 miles from Noah's Ark and 29 miles south of The Creation Museum on 40 acres. Mary's Place allows for a quiet and private retreat right in between all that Cincinnati has to offer or Louisville, Kentucky. There are many great little restaurants and if you make a right out of the driveway you'll find yourself driving along the Ohio River. Explore Kentucky or stay in and relax. So much room to stretch out.

As you walk in, The Cabin wraps it's arms around you and says " Welcome home." You can feel the stress leave you as you settle in for your stay at this scenic cabin on 9.8 wooded acres. Fully furnished, spacious 1 room cabin with stone wood burning fireplace, equipped kitchen, bath with shower and twin over queen bunk bed. Refresh your mind & soul on the covered back porch overlooking the mature woods. Enjoy watching the abundant wildlife, including turkeys, deer, chipmunks and squirrels.
