It is only a minute's walk to the train station which can take you to Edale and Hope Valley. Within one stop you can further explore the Peak District and surrounding area. If you fancy a trip to the city then both Sheffield and Manchester are easily accessible on the train. Perfect little place for a relaxing getaway.

The Pepper Pot Cottage at Rushop Hall

Nestling in the fabulous Peak District National Park, The Pepper Pot is tiny but perfect. It is the smallest cottage in the grounds of Rushop Hall but still manages to include a small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with a large, modern shower room and toilet on the lower floor. Upstairs The Pepper Pot has a snug double bedroom complete with wood burning stove and views out towards the stable yard. Free off road parking is provided. Breakfast in The No Car Cafe is an optional extra.

The local town of Chapel -en-le-Frith and the surrounding villages of Hayfield and Chinley plus supermarkets are a short drive.

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Whether you are coming to see a show in the famous Buxton Opera House or to simply enjoy the countryside & fresh air then Hope Cottage is in a great location for it all, located half way between Buxton & The Hope Valley
