You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property. Walk distance for local breweries, wine place, theater, restaurants, casino, new concert venue The Nugget Amphitheater, plus great local events. Completely remodeled and ready for travelers Only. Unfortunately, we do Not Host to Local residents of Reno/Sparks area.
