Top-of-the-line mattresses and pillows await you on every bed. You'll get a great night's sleep while you're here, that's for sure! Don't forget about stores like Costco, Walmart, a plethora of restaurants, and shopping centers that are a few blocks (less than 3 min) away. The house sits right at the mouth of Spanish Fork canyon, right off HWY 6. Diamond Fork hotpots are about 25 min away. Sundance Ski Resort is only 20 min away and only another 20 to Park City!

price is for 2 people, ADD $15 night per person after 2 persons. 2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.

A gas fireplace and heated floors, keep it nice and comfy in the winter. The back patio and grill are enjoyable in the summer. You'll enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood, close to the country roads of Payson and only 20 minutes from Provo and Sundance ski resort, in this adorable "pond town" called Salem.

Enjoy this cozy one bedroom cottage right in the heart of Lehi’s downtown area. Walk to dinner or to Wines Park. Swing on the porch and enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located home in a safe, wonderful family neighborhood. Make meals at home or enjoy a variety of close restaurants or fast food options. This home has recently been completely remodeled and all kitchen appliances are new. The bathroom is completely new. It’s close to I-15, shopping, Adobe and Silicon Slopes tech companies.

Fifteen minutes from the Provo Airport and a five-minute drive from the freeway, our place is near Sundance, Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah Valley University (UVU), Hobble Creek Canyon & golf course, and Bartholomew Park. Free WiFi, full kitchen, full bath, coffee/tea bar, washer/dryer, TV and air conditioning. Self check in to basement entrance with Smart Lock.
