Seafarer is a modern, cosy, 2 bedroom cottage, situated 3 minutes walk to the seafront with a free allocated parking permit space for one vehicle located in car park just outside the back door of the property Close to fabulous shops, pubs, restaurants, swimming pool, Byes nature reserve and cinema.

The cottage at Higher Blannicombe Farmhouse is an 18th Century property in an idyllic setting with far reaching views overlooking the Blannicombe Valley in an AONB, surrounded by Dairy Farmland. 1.5 miles from the centre of Honiton, in East Devon. The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Free parking, 1 good dog welcome, House rules apply

Old Maidenhayne Farmhouse Annex

The annex is part of an old farmhouse. It was built in 1850’s and we have been renovating it since we bought it in 2022. It is unique, rustic, and has country charm. It has it’s own entrance with two bedrooms, one king and one double, and a shower room upstairs. Downstairs there is a large comfortable living room with a wood burning stove and a separate kitchen. Outside the annex there is a patio/courtyard all set up for a bbq . The main garden is shared with us and is on different levels.
