The property is all ground floor, including shower room with toilet and a 2nd toilet, kitchen with dining area and french doors leading to the garden and a sitting room with a flat screen TV, internet (WiFi) and Alexa speaker. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden area.

Two beautiful bedrooms one of which can turn into single beds and each with their own bathrooms offers flexibility for both couples and families. Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

The smaller bedroom can be set as 2 small singles (60cm) or a small double bed (120cm) A well equipped kitchen, Including a large air fryer, microwave and fridge freezer. A large smart tv in the living room with mobile WiFi included. Board games for evenings indoors. Food delivered to your door! 2 dogs max.
