Light breakfast hamper is included in your stay. Two of the King rooms can be set to twin share bedding. A sun drenched verandah is lovely to sit and have a drink or read a book in quiet surrounds. Guests can stroll through the garden and enjoy the flowers and birds that visit. All groups are welcome. Catering is available.

Anne and Dick's home is a unique 5 bedroom homestead, set amoungst pristine bushland. They are super friendly and love sharing their home with others. Whilst they are in the bush, they are only 1.8 kms off the freeway. They are surrounded by beautiful shrubs, flora and fauna and the birdlife is plentiful. This room is spacious and offers 1 x queen bed and 1 x lge single plus a couple of chairs and bedside tables. Heaters are provided in the winter and both beds have electric blankets.

The Studio@ Little Forest

Wide open spaces with stunning views from this bed and breakfast style studio, just 10 minutes on tarred road from Milton. There is plenty to do, from exploring the property, checking out Milton's cafes, boutiques, restaurants and venues, to enjoying beautiful local walks and surfing or just hanging at the beach. There is something for everybody here. The Studio has a kitchenette. Cooking facilities include a single induction hot plate, microwave, Weber Barbecue and mini fridge.

We live on 25 acres, overlooking a lovely valley. Room 1/Queen, Room 2/ is 2 x king singles .Price is per room , per night (inc b/fast provisions) First room $130 pn and if you want both an extra $80.00 per night. Pls specify when you book and I can adjust the price . We only book both rooms for people travelling together.The guest lounge/dining area has TV,DVD, books /games and Wi-fi. Gary's hobby is astronomy and is happy to show you the night sky, if you are interested.

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.
