Paws & Relax is cute newly constructed suite in the Southern Shoes NC only blocks from the beach life or a short walk to enjoy the classic sunsets along the sound. The living space is the second floor of the pictured garage which sits private and separate from the main house. Restaurants, piers, national parks, watering holes, grocery stores and beach shopping are each in reach by short drive or bike ride. It is central to all the summertime beach life with a safe back roads to walk your pet.

Chloe's Cottage - 7 minute walk to the beach

Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Enjoy this fresh, spacious cottage, with 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and twin mattress with provided linens. 2 full baths included with towels, and an outdoor shower. Minutes from beach, including stress-free Southern Shores private access parking passes. *Friday to Friday during Summer weeks to avoid weekend traffic* Check-in starter pack provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, hand & dish soap, dishwasher/laundry pods, tissues, makeup towelettes, and trash bags.

Live Oak Cottage - 'tiny house' / walk to beach

The Live Oak Cottage is a beautiful guest house situated under sprawling live oak trees. The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. The suite has been restored to bring it up to date with modern amenities, while retaining its rustic charm. A kitchenette, with fridge, toaster, plug in cook top + more. Sit back and relax on your private deck with a grill or walk to the beach in just 5 minutes.

A canal front, cozy and modern tiny house right in Southern Shores. We thought of everything that will make your stay as relaxing as possible. A short 5-minute car ride and 10-minute bike ride to the closest beach access, coffee shops and local dining. We offer 2 bikes and 2 beach chairs for your stay. We also offer firewood and a solo stove for backyard fires. We are a local family of 5 who lives right in front of the Beehive. We love hosting and can’t wait for you to be our next guest!

Trails through the maritime forest nearby. NOTE: DOWNSTAIRS apartment can hear footsteps/noise from above!

There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
