Nestled in 40,000 square meters of grounds, this homey heaven combines nautical accents with smooth stone and chunky wooden furniture. Surf Rental complete equipment is possible or surf lessons, by previous appointment. An electric car or a 9 seat Van VW Caravelle is available for rental by request, with excellent conditions, pick up in Sintra or at Lisbon airport. Very cosy and warm with a lightfire in the living room. The house has one small bedroom with a double bed and other room "Kind of a boat" with a 3 store bed (sleep 4 children). The outside of this house include an exterior shower (hot/cold water), a barbecue, a small tank and and a big table. Go from sintra about 12 km to Magoito beach (Praia do Magoito). When you arrive in Magoito go all the way down to the beach and pass the fortress by the sea. Turn right and you will see the last two white houses. You're there! All the information for an unforgettable stay at the magoito seacliff houses; places to visit, restaurants, sugestions etc. When required, we can make it happen! A personalized special fishing and surfing tour, only for wild, top and "out of the box " adventures. We can also provide surfing equipment and drive you on a Jeep if it pleases you (fee 100eur/day/guest) Experience the beauty and wildness of this place, surrounded by wild beaches and just 12 km from historic, picturesque Sintra. The property is located at an excellent fishing point called Ponta do Caneiro. Just 12 km from sintra center (vila) "the Portuguese Environment Agency is finishing the recovery of the cliff, located in front of the house, between 50 and 100 meters. There are no noisy works anymore but only a fence in the cliff. The works started last July 2017 and will be totally finished and removed in April 2018" The location of this houses are unique, and the environment did not change much since 1950. Petite maison charmante, vue mer de la terrasse, avec trois chambres, idéalement située à 50m de la plage et des premiers commerces. Elle dispose de nombreux lieux pour se détendre et/ou prendre un verre (trois terrasses, dont une au première étage avec vue sur les îles de Porquerolles et Port-Cros et une autre couverte. Un beau pin parasol donne un certain cachet à la terrasse de l'Est. Une nouvelle salle de douche à l'extérieur vient d'être réalisée en mars 2023.

Mi casa está situada en El Poyo del Cid, un pueblo de la ruta del Cid Campeador. Es un pueblo pequeño pero tiene algunos servicios. Está a 5 Km. de Calamocha donde podéis encontrar todo lo necesario. La casa es muy tranquila y luminosa, es muy apropiada para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. Podéis hacer senderismo en el pueblo o hacer excursiones a lugares de interés cercanos como Albarracín, Teruel, Peracense, la laguna de Gallocanta o Anento.
