SELF CHECK-IN The house features an electronic lock on the front door. Two days prior to your arrival I will send you your code that unlocks it, and you may let yourself in any time after 4pm on your day of arrival (or 1:30 pm for luggage drop off). House instructions and wi fi passwords are posted in the kitchen. EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE DEPARTURE This is a frequent request, and since the house is rented out nearly 100%, usually impossible to accommodate. The house takes five hours to clean between 11 am checkout and 4 pm check in. However, if you don’t mind seeing a messy house you may drop off luggage after 1pm. Similarly, if you are checking out and have a late flight, you may leave luggage by the front door until 12:30 pm. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT. I get many more rental requests than I can handle. I need to fill every night of the week, so I have some guidelines that determine which rental requests I accept. Following these will help get your request accepted: 1. Weekend reservations that includes a Saturday night must be for a minimum of three nights. I generally do not allow birthday parties, bachelor /bachelorette parties, music performances, or any gathering likely to create excessive noise or disturb the neighbors. For speciaI uses, charge the daily Airbnb rate for the number of guests actually sleeping over, plus an additional flat fee that is based on the specifics of your use. To request a quote, tell me the number of people sleeping over each evening, plus an estimate of the total number of additional visitors, employees, guests , employees or service providers who would be at the property each day. The 2nd bedroom is smaller than the master, but has plenty of space for a comfortable queen sized bed. It has a desk (for when it is time to get down to work). It's also appointed with a walk-in closet. The big backyard has both an avocado and orange tree. It is landscaped with native, drought resistant plants. With a lighted outdoor dining area, it's the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal and drink, or just lounge in the California sun. You have access to the entire home.
