Comfortable 2 bedroom appartment with amazing view. Access to a lonely rocky beach 250 meters in front of the house. Also between 2 popular beaches (Agia Pelagia & Lygaria, 10 min walking). .After communication and after 15.00 I could pick you up (for free) from the airport of Heraklion (if it is allowed). Very easy parking 20 meters away. The jacuzzi is private and the balcony around it. Also private is the balcony in front of the kitchen. the jacuzzi Is brand new and heated (till 35°).

We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom.
