Spacious underground art suite/apartment in the sunlit basement of our 1926 bungalow in the lively SE Foster Powell Neighborhood. We partner with local artists to bring rotating artwork to the space. Enjoy a relaxing guest suite with a private entrance, parking and access to nearby food carts, restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops featuring local wares art & food. My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

Family friendly, newly finished two-bedroom downstairs flat located a perfect walking distance between Mt. Tabor park and Hawthorne Boulevard shops. Enormous kitchen, laundry and bath in unit with private entrance and relaxing outside seating area. Windows in every room let in light during the day. Dimming led lighting throughout for relaxing evenings. Ceiling is double float drywall, great sound-proofing for a good night of sleep. No smoking in the unit and absolutely no pets, please.
