This 2 level apt. features a kitchen and living room downstairs, a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and a cozy private deck. The entrance is located at the back of the house, accessible via a door code. Stairs lead up to the deck and door, and inside, you’ll find narrow, STEEP stairs. Route one/Main St. is a busy, but guests mentioned it is quiet. .

The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

This is a spacious 1000 sq. ft. apartment in my childhood home that has been renovated in Spring 2020 with a modern coastal theme and well appointed with vintage items. We have a well stocked kitchen, cozy dining/living room with a 43" Roku TV, and full laundry.
