Little Nook - Lytham St Annes/Blackpool/Preston

Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and it is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

Stunning Victorian terrace in leafy Lytham. Every element of the house is new from the front gate to the back gate. Completely renovated & refurbished. The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Lantana House in the heart of Lancashire.

Lantana House is quietly situated on the fringe of the village of Brinscall in the Borough of Chorley in Lancashire. It is a traditional designed bungalow, built in 1950. This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.

(Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property). There is ample parking for two cars.
