This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfect home base. Centrally located in downtown Wakefield. Walk to the bike path and restaurants. 10 minutes to town and state beaches. Beach Chairs and towels provided. 10 minutes to the University of Rhode Island and a perfect place for home football games. Laundry facilities on the property.
