The Bakehouse - character - history - convenience

The bake house is a unique historical building circa 1880 that has been converted into contemporary accomodation. It is part of a precinct of three buildings, all relating the same function of supporting "Watson's" Bakery in the shop facing Macquarie street (now a funky homewares shop). You get to enjoy a three bedroom house. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and toilet, living kitchen, dining and laundry downstairs. You have your own private courtyard with a picnic setting.

Riverview Bungalow South Arm

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. Car recommended. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

The perfect base for a visit to Hobart, situated amongst the cafes and shops of picturesque South Hobart, and steps to the glorious Rivulet Track. Stunning views to Mt Wellington, Cathedral Rock, Mt Montague and Thark Ridge over looking a pond teeming with frogs, birds and water lilies . Located only 10 minutes from Kingston, less than 5 minutes to the motorway that leads to either The Huon Valley or back to Kingston and Hobart. A great base to explore Southern Tasmania.
