The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

The property is ideally situated to make the most of the Cotswold water park and it’s facilities as well as numerous walks and cycle paths.

NEWS - the 16th-century Wild Duck Inn in Ewen reopens its doors in March 2026 after an extensive restoration programme. Unwind in this beautiful Cotswold stone lodge located at the end of a long farm track in the grounds of Ewen Barn, Ewen. Peaceful yet just three miles from the bustling market town of Cirencester, this is the perfect retreat. The architect-designed property won the 2022 Cotswold Design Awards House of the Year. Our property was lovingly completed in 2021.

A spacious self contained suite with a lounge area, single bedroom and en-suite shower room, it's the perfect retreat to escape to the countryside and explore what the beautiful Cotswolds has to offer. Please note, The Well House does not have a kitchen, but a kettle, microwave and fridge are provided along with crockery and cutlery.
