Our beach is never crowded — even in summer; this area is sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). Contemporary décor. Unobstructed ocean views. Private hot outdoor shower. Home is updated on an ongoing basis. Always something new... :) Note: Airbnb is shifting all fees to hosts in fall 26 & thus asking hosts to raise nightly rates. Apologies, but we don't get the extra money — they do.

Start the day with a pickleball or tennis, head to the beach with provided beach gear, cruise to local restaurants on the electric scooters, then come home for ping pong battles in the game garage. Just 2 miles from Surf City beaches and close to coffee shops, parks, mini golf, and local favorites, this cozy upstairs townhome is designed for easy, memorable beach trips full of fun and relaxation. Please note: the downstairs unit is a separate rental, and the garage + parking area are shared.

Private parking & shared outdoor shower on site, shed w beach chairs & beach toys. Easy walk to restaurants, IGA Grocery (w local's favorite butcher) & 24 hour pier fishing.

I built both outdoor showers myself, so it feels calm and cared for the second you walk in. Beach gear, kid toys, even a surfboard, and an EV charger if you need it. Here's what's waiting for you:
