Our shepherd's hut is thickly insulated to stay cool all summer, with a fridge to keep your beers cold. Outside, a generous deck and seating area is made for bright mornings and long evenings. Solar-powered lighting and mains sockets, double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water washing up just outside the door — all a ten minute stroll away from The George, an award-winning pub.

Set in a private cobbled courtyard on an organic farm, half a mile from Bruton, this old stone cottage has been lovingly restored. It has an inglenook fireplace, oak-framed roofs, flagstone and elm floors, with art and furniture collected over many years filling the rooms. Bruton is renowned for its restaurants and art galleries. The 'Newt in Somerset' is next door and there many other wonderful nearby destinations and beautiful walks from the farm within the surrounding countryside.
