Diese topausgestattete Einliegerwohnung befindet sich in einem freistehenden Einfamilienhaus in Fraubrunnen. Die Wohnung auf 2 Etagen, verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, Küche inkl. Geschirrspühler, Waschmaschine und einem kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, in einem familienfreundlichen Quartier und grenzt direkt an weitläufige Felder. Von Fraubrunnen aus sind die Städte Bern, Solothurn und Burgdorf in weniger als 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gross ,sauber, hell und neu möbiliert. Fühlt Euch willkommen. Carpe Diem 🦋

Entire, comfortable apartment for 1-6 persons in a historic building in the heart of the Bernese Old Town. Private bathroom. 10 minutes walk to Bern main train station, 5 minutes to Zytglogge and the Einsteinhaus; seconds to dozens of shops, restaurants and the Bernese night life, but also only 5 minutes to the Aare, or the famous Bear park. The apartment has 2 separate parts (see below for details). There is no elevator.

This spacious apartment is located in the cozy attic of a typical Emmental farmhouse named Bühlmenschwand. In addition to the hosts, friendly dogs, cats, sheep, donkeys and chickens live on the Bühlmenschwand farm. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks through the adjacent woods and meadows, or further discover the Emmental by car or bike.

The charming attic studio (beautiful old building) has the best location in upper Kirchenfeld, opposite Egelsee. It is 3 minutes’ walk to tram lines 6, 7 and 8 and bus line no. 12, and 7 minutes from the train station. There is an ample number of parks around the house.
