This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Det finns cyklar att låna för utflykter. Kolgrill finns för sköna grillkvällar! 5 minuters gångväg till tåget, och 35 minuter med tåg till Stockholm. (Kostnad för tåg ca 3,5 Euro) TV med Chromecast. Gratis Wi-fi. Det är ca 10-15 minuters gångväg till närmsta badsjö, och med cykel är det ca 7 minuter.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. Stugan ligger nära huvudbyggnaden och har egen balkong med sjöutsikt. Vackra omgivningar och nära till sjön med badplats ca 100 m . På gården finns hund och under sommartid får.
