Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Nära till två sjöar och naturreservat. Området är lugnt men du har ändå nära till både city, Arlanda och tex Kista. Vi satsar på att skapa en trevlig miljö för alla som bor här så vi prioriterar förfrågningar med en personlig presentation och en liten beskrivning av syftet för besöket. Välkommen!

There is also a heated garage with entrance from the gate. The elevator goes down to the basement floor where the basement storage and the garage are available for rent. The rent includes water, heating, wifi, Swedish TV channels, HBO Max, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+.

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.

"Lake View cottage" is a guesthouse of the "Lake View Villa" that is located beside a small lake, Väsjön and a ski slope, Väsjöbacken. There is a running track nearby nature and forest. We are just 20 minutes away from both Arlanda Airport and the city centre Stockholm by car. Two bicycles are free to use.
