A cozy and private restored 1892 Queen Anne home in the eclectic SLC Avenues. The look and feel of the late 1800s with all modern amenities. Close to downtown SLC, the U of U campus, convention center and public transportation. If you just want to get away, this is the place. You will find light snacks, an assortment of teas and coffee and a Keurig Coffee Maker waiting when you arrive. We also provide disposable razors, makeup towelettes and Ibuprofen, as needed.

Please note our rental is not ideally suited for small children as we have art and small artifacts, that we treasure, throughout the cottage.

The Fox House

The Fox House is a quaint and quiet cottage at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. It's perfect for a couples getaway, ski trip, rock climbing, hiking, and more. Located only 8.5 miles from Alta and Snowbird resorts. It is 100 yards from the ski shuttle stop, and 18 miles to Brighton Resort. Located in a central location for skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking. Has all you need for cozy winter's night or relax on the patio in summer.

The Caretaker's Cottage is a cozy house located next to a pasture and between two small streams in the middle of historic London Spring Ranch. Close proximity to Utah Highway 40 allows for quick access to Heber City, Midway and Park City as well as surrounding lakes and ski resorts. In the spring and summer, guests have the opportunity to tour the original dairy barn. There is a small, fenced patio and yard attached to the cottage.
