Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! It’s one block from the hospital, three blocks from the high school, and easy walking distance to the library, Beemun’s, Safeway, and the Soldotna Creek Park, just to name a few places. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Cozy Studio apartment minutes from town

Desirable Mackey Lake location in Soldotna. Close to town, but still private. Our newly renovated studio apartment with lots of natural light offers a fully furnished kitchen with dining area. The twin beds allow for a friendly getaway, or can be combined into a king sized bed for a couples retreat! We are minutes from the Kenai River and other local attractions. This apartment has everything you need to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable!

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Long term rental stays are for winter months only. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

Great city location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the Kenai River. This house is just steps from Central Peninsula General Hospital, and the public library. There is parking in the heated garage with room for additional vehicles in the driveway or on the quiet street out front. The master bedroom has a queen bed, there is a double bed in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom/office has a single bed.

We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.

Private Alaskan Cabin, pet friendly

One room cabin is close to town and shopping but located directly between the Kenai and Kasilof rivers and 30 minutes from Deep Creek Halibut fishing. This private cabin sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small, dog friendly neighborhood with Alaska's wilderness at it's back. No smoking. Pets welcome. RV parking upon request
