Fish off your private dock. Fishing poles and a bait bucket is supplied with the house. The bait store is a 3 minute drive. We have caught snook, sheep head, snapper and even small tarpons right off the dock. Charlotte Harbor is a 15 minute boat ride. Boca Grand is a 45 min boat ride. You can get to Shopping and Dining down town in just a few minutes. On the weekends go to the Farmers market. The house is very well stocked for the days you just want to stay in. You will love it here.

Walk down a quiet, shady street for world class fishing and kayaking on the Peace River. Punta Gorda is a picturesque, historic town with an abundance of shopping and dining.

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.
