Guests have private access to the pool, playhouse, BBQ, patio, gazebo & garden. 30 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude. 45 min to Park City, Deer Valley & Sundance. Come cool off in our lagoon like natural pool surrounded by alpine landscaping or relax in the daybed or hammock overlooking the tranquil cool running waters of Little Cottonwood Creek while surrounded by majestic mountain views.

Hiking trail in back yard, along with horses, goats, chickens, dog. Hot tub, pool, fireplace, basketball for your use. Private entrance and your personal two car garage.

Cozy ski-in/ski-out 1 bedroom condo (with sleeping den) in the heart of Solitude ski resort village (located in Big Cottonwood Canyon). This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

Beautiful mountain views and countless trails. The 3 bedroom apartment has a private entrance with a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a 75” TV, laundry room, fast wifi & fireplace.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

If you are looking to enjoy famous ski resorts in winter, unwind in a private hot tub, or to get-away "Summers Inn" is the place for you. Enjoy 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, kitchenette, 1 bath, hot-tub, firepit, grill, pool table, 3rd story observation deck & more amenities! The swim spa pool is now closed for the season and will reopen in Summer 2026. But don’t worry—the hot tub is open all year!
