Farmhouse Retreat- Skiing/ long stays/ short stays

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

After a day of tees or skis, kick back and relax in this stylish, one bedroom condo located along the Wolf Creek Resort golf course. Less than 6 miles from Powder Mountain Resort. Easy ground floor access with walkout overlooking the 11th fairway and nearby Nordic Valley Resort. Grill and dine outside on the patio. Kitchen is well stocked with fridge, gas range, cookware and dishwasher. Washer/dryer in unit. King bed and queen sofa-sleeper. Enjoy water sports on nearby Pineview Reservoir.

This secluded home is set in the midst of Ogden Valley . The closest adventures can be found at Powder Mountain, Snow Basin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts and Wolf Creek Golf Course. This walkout basement apartment has many daylight windows that look out on a private wooded yard with views of beautiful mountains and the Valley. There is a large family room, a full kitchen, dining, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A private deck with a hot tub is also included with this property.
