It is a nice (12X16 foot) cabin offering a small kitchen (sink, two burner stove, 3.2 cu. foot refrigerator, and a microwave). The cabin has free WiFi, Roku streaming TV and air conditioning. It features a beautiful, bunk bed with a Twin-size bed over a Full-size bed. The large bathroom offers a full size 48” shower. Pets allowed inside if potty trained. Just a 5.3 miles from town. It is on the south side of Highway 20 east of Burns, you must go past Red Barn Road. There is red reflectors to help find the driveway at night. It’s a on a pivot that with permission and caution about buildings, pivot, equipment and the highway you may shoot ground squirrels and jack rabbits! There is a corral for horses and a kennel for dogs. It is centrally located for horse activities like cuttings, brandings.

The Cottage is a sweet retreat in the foothills of the Bitterroot Mountains, 2 miles outside of Hamilton, Montana. We are a family of four living the good life on our small hobby farm. The Cottage is our vacation rental nestled into the center of our 5 acre property. Complete with it's own driveway and nicely fenced off from the rest of the busy goings on of the barnyard, it is separate from our space, but animal sights and sounds are sometimes a part of the experience.

There is only one queen size bed.
