This stand alone private studio has a tempurpedic queen bed, a small kitchenette (no stove) and private outdoor patio area with bbq. Conveniently located 3 minutes walk to groceries, buses, and a 5 minute drive to beautiful John Smiths Bay beach. Twizy charger onsite. There are stairs to the property & the shower is small. The pool house is a private place to stay, with beautiful views and a pool steps from your door. It offers an en-suite with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. We are right next door to Windy Bank Farm where chickens are raised to produce eggs and fruits and vegetables are grown for the Saturday farm market.
