Bedroom with a queen-size bed. Extra-comfort 140x200 seeping-sofa in the living room. You can swim in the canal!

Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 120 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.
