It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

The Old Laundry is a large airy studio space with dining area, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and tabletop electric cooker. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
