Et hus med mye historie,og har blant annet vært den lokale kafeen i bygda. Det er de 2 øverste etasjene som leies ut. I hovedetasjen finner du en stor, lys stue med kjøkken og direkte utgang til en usjenert og solrik terrasse. I tilegg er der et soverom/stue og vaskerom/bad. I andre etasje er der 2 store loftstuer med tilhørende soverom, et stort bad med dobbel-vask og badekar. Hovedsoverommet har dobbeltseng med fin utsikt. Mulighet for inntill 7 gjester der to stk ligger på flatseng.

"Gamlehuset"

På idylliske Sæbøneset gard ligg "Gamlehuset". Med panoramautsikt ut over dei majestetiske "Sunnmørsalpane" ligg garden som har vore i familien i fleire generasjoner. Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.
