Experience the midnight sun in the summer and northern light in the winter from our cabin. Located by the sea, with all facilities and parkingplace. 60m2, spread over two floors. Two bedrooms with five sleepingplaces in total. We can also provide with a extra bed for a baby. A perfect spot to discover Tromso and it's surroundings due to the close location to the city and at the same time as it is located with nature close by. In the summertimes we can rent out bikes and a boat with a driver.

«Huset på Bakken» ligger på den smale stripen av land mellom sjøen og fjellene i Ullsfjorden. Her kan man nyte rolige dager med familien eller utfordre seg selv på korte eller lengre turer. Fra huset er det fin utsikt over fjorden og fjellene i alle retninger. Her er flere steder hvor det er grei adkomst til Lyngsalpan landskapsverneområde, med Jiehkkevárri (Jæggevarre) på 1834 moh. som høyeste topp. Det er fine forhold for å se nordlys om vinteren fordi det ikke er gatelys som forstyrrer.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

You will have bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen room only for you while during staying time😄 The area is perfect for Northern Light, ski and ice fishing in winter. Hytte på Ytre Tomasjord med fantastisk utsikt over Balsfjorden. Sitte i jacuzzien å nyte nordlyset eller ta badstu for så å avkjøle seg med et snøbad ! 55 km fra Tromsø sentrum! Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.
