Surrounding of the building is quiet, narrow streets with a restaurant nearby in the next street. Parking is public, prices are according to the City price-list on the street in front of the building.

Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. Bus station 300 m distant.All villages 5-10 km distant.
