Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

PARKING good price, which is 3 min walk to the app. Location just next to the amphitheatre you will be in the center of the old town vibe. Just stones throw away you can find many restaurants and cafes.

Utanför dörren finns en mysig lokal restaurang och en minimarket. 50 m från dörren finns havet och stranden. Stenkast därifrån hittar ni kyrkan st Euphemia och alla de andra lokala caféer, barer och restauranger. Perfekt ställe att bara koppla av och njuta av varandra och den fina staden Rovinj.

Prva plaža udaljena je svega 10 minuta hoda. Kućni ljubimci su dopušteni.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

Attractive two bedroom apartment with a balcony 200 meters from the sea. Near the apartment there is a beach Valcane (4 minute walk), walking promenade with tennis courts, playgrounds, restaurants. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
