Private Guest House in the Forest

Our family has lived on this gorgeous, treed 5-acre property for over twenty years. Back then we were considered the outskirts of town. Now we have amazing amenities just a couple of miles up the road. We've dreamed of building this guest house for years and are now proud to announce "We're open for business!" I've been designing and building custom homes for 25 years. This home represents all of my best ideas and style. You're going to love it!

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

Black Forest Serenity is new guest house in the north end of Colorado Springs close to the USAFA. This beautiful, private and secluded guests house has its own driveway and access. Rustic Bunkhouse in Black Forest

Retreat from civilization in this beautiful log bunkhouse in the forest. Stroll among the ponderosa pines or sit by the lake on our sprawling 40 acres. Only 10 minutes northeast of Colorado Springs and 20 minutes to the heart of the Air Force Academy. This 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bath also has a 5-bed sleeping loft that sleeps 8 (one queen futon, two double, two single top bunks) and a full kitchen.
