Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.

Altitude Adjustment

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.
