Enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of the Breck peaks from your 5th-floor condo - even from your king bed. You will be in downtown Breck. Inn at Peak 9 (in the Village). And just steps away from the QuickSilver lift, you can see if from your window. There is a new fitness center. My favorite is the indoor/outdoor pool surrounded by outdoor hot tubs. There is also a sauna, steam room, games, fitness center, pool table, and more. Parking is optional for an extra charge (see OTHER DETAILS).

Amazing Mountain Views

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. The living areas have large TVs (no cable TV) and board games. We have 3 desks available if you need to work or study. There is a gas BBQ and a private hot tub in the back yard.
