La Villa #1 es una espaciosa villa frente a la playa de tres dormitorios y tres baños, ideal para familias, surfistas y cualquiera que busque una escapada relajada a la isla. La Villa #1 es una de las tres villas del complejo, que cuenta con una piscina comunitaria compartida y una sala de estar al aire libre. En el interior, los espacios de vida luminosos y ventosos están diseñados para la tranquilidad y la relajación. Las áreas abiertas de estar y comedor conducen a un patio con vista a la piscina y al entorno natural, ideal para tomar un café por la mañana o para tomar una puesta de sol por la noche. El dormitorio principal del nivel superior cuenta con una cama king y el dormitorio adyacente cuenta con 2 camas individuales. Ambas habitaciones también cuentan con un balcón privado, perfecto para disfrutar de las vistas del amanecer sobre el océano. Mientras que el tercer dormitorio, que se encuentra en el nivel inferior, cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y tiene vistas al exuberante jardín y a la naturaleza. Todas las habitaciones tienen baños en suite y aire acondicionado para mayor privacidad y comodidad. La cocina totalmente equipada incluye todos los electrodomésticos esenciales. Silver Sands Is not a central area, renting a car would be a good idea.
