The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Midtown Bungalow: Near UNCW, Beach, Golf+ Downtown

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located bungalow! The perfect place to recharge or explore the great Wilmington Area! 0.65 miles from the Wilmington Municipal Golf Course, 7 minutes from UNCW, 15 minutes to Carolina Beach, 10 to Wrightsville Beach and Downtown with Long Leaf Park in your backyard! Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

This is one unit of a side-by-side duplex with an amazing garden located in midtown. You'll love the carefully curated and landscaped backyard, with a coi pond, water fountains, and nearly year round flowers. Nestled in a cute community, and super convenient to grocery stores, shopping, UNCW, 10 min to Wrightsville Beach, 20 min to Carolina Beach. Located on a bike trail that runs from the Cape Fear River to downtown and the ocean!

Directly in between Pleasure Island and downtown ILM (15 minute drive to either), this suite gives you a clean, quiet place to rest and restore. Take the beach chairs and cooler for a day of sun, then head downtown for fine dining and fun night life. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this suite offers peace and a central location!

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
