This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

Gas, ice, and some groceries. 5 minutes from the main entrance to state park. 15 minutes to TORC hot springs. This is a place to make memories!

Pet friendly, with large shaded enclosure. Hummingbird haven from April to October. Patio with charcoal grill and a garden for seasonal picking. Fresh eggs from my chickens in the fridge in season. Just minutes from historic Truth or Consequences NM where you can enjoy relaxing hot mineral baths, art shops and restaurants. Fully fenced and dog friendly with a covered patio, plenty of parking, cold AC and complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water. Enjoy the sunshine, endless blue sky and beautiful starry nights.

Relaxing, quiet, private studio with a tall wood ceiling, solar skylights, 100mps WiFi, shared yard, patio. Dark skies. The entrance is in a courtyard away from the road and shaded by trees. Next door is my sister's BnB, the Black Range Lodge, where you can reserve a hearty breakfast for $10. Consider some therapeutic bodywork during your stay. My studio is steps away in the same courtyard. For safety I run a HEPA air purifier between guests.
