Il grande salone ha un ingresso indipendente, bagno privato, una piccola cucina e un balcone che dà su via della Loggia; dispone di un letto matrimoniale su soppalco e di un divano letto.

Dall'accurato restauro di un'antica falegnameria, nasce questo splendido Loft a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Noto. Il Loft si articola su due livelli al primo dei quali si trova un grande soggiorno con una cucina ad isola a vista completa di elettrodomestici ed un bagno con antibagno, servizi igienici e vasca.
